Come by a Joe cafe for the Triple Threat Latte, then take home Call Time, Jordan Fisher’s limited-edition coffee tin.

Jordan Fisher is an actor, singer, producer, and one of Broadway's most versatile performers — with credits spanning Hamilton, Dear Evan Hansen, Hadestown, and Moulin Rouge! Joe Coffee has always been rooted in New York's creative community, and many of our own baristas and team members come from the arts themselves. That shared world is what brought us together. Jordan collaborated with us to createCall Time, a medium roast sourced from El Guayaán Smallholder Farmers in Peru, and the Triple Threat Latte — available at all Joe Coffee cafes. $1 from every tin supports Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, an organization close to Jordan's heart.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS

Founded in 1988 and born from the heart of the theater community, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is one of the nation's leading nonprofit AIDS fundraising and grant-making organizations. By drawing on the talents and generosity of the American theater community, they have awarded more than $300 million to essential services for people living with HIV/AIDS and other critical illnesses in all 50 states.

Broadway Cares is the single largest financial supporter of the social service programs at the Entertainment Community Fund, including the Friedman Health Center for the Performing Arts and the HIV/AIDS Initiative. They award annual grants to more than 450 AIDS and family service organizations nationwide — and at times of crisis, provide emergency humanitarian aid across the US and around the world.

El Guayacán Smallholder Farmers

El Guayacán Smallholder Farmers

Up in the northern highlands of Peru, near the border of Ecuador, you’ll find San Ignacio—a province in Cajamarca known for its lush natural forests and vibrant coffee culture. Often called the coffee capital of Peru, San Ignacio is a place where history, community, and agriculture come together.

Today, the people of San Ignacio are building toward a future rooted in care—for the land, for their community, and for generations to come. With a shared commitment to sustainable farming, ecological preservation, and growing local tourism, they’re investing in a vision that honors both tradition and growth. Around 300 coffee growers from San Ignacio, many working farms with an average of 2–3 hectares, are leading the charge—growing not just great coffee, but a more resilient and prosperous community.

The beans used in this Benchmark offering, El Guayacán, are named after the striking yellow trees that dot the northern Cajamarca landscape. These trees don’t just add beauty—they provide essential shade and protection for the coffee plants growing beneath them.

In collaboration with Caravela’s PECA team, the El Guayacán smallholder farmers have spent the last three years making real strides—in infrastructure, in quality, and in the long-term sustainability of their farms. We’re proud to continue working with this community and to share the results of their hard work in every cup.
