For simple drop-offs like Joe 2 Go, 24 hours is usually enough. For staffed espresso bars, carts, or specialty setups, we recommend at least 1–2 weeks notice so our team can plan with you .
Every bar comes with a professional barista, a La Marzocco espresso machine, freshly roasted coffee from our Long Island City roastery, milks and plant-based alternatives, sugars, cups, stirrers, and napkins .
We just need access to electricity, water, and a designated area for the cart or bar .
