The Workshop FAQ
Most of our classes are beginner-friendly, with no prior experience needed. If a specific class requires previous knowledge, it will be clearly marked in the description. For those with some experience, this is also a great chance to refine your technique and get real-time feedback.
We allow a 5-minute grace period, but classes cannot run over time since the classroom may be booked right after. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to get settled.
You can reschedule or request a refund up to 72 hours before your class. Email us at classes@joecoffeecompany.com and we’ll help. Cancellations within 72 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer decaf in these classes.
Yes—oat milk will be provided as a non-dairy option.
At our Park Ave Lab: 443 Park Ave South, 10th floor, Suite 1000. Ring the intercom labeled Joe Coffee Company to the right of the main doors, and your instructor will buzz you in. Head up to the 10th floor—our HQ is straight ahead as you exit the elevator.
