Each season, Joe team members submit their own drink ideas for the chance to be featured on the menu. After testing and tasting, one or two recipes are chosen to represent the season. The winners receive a prize, and their drinks are served in our cafes for everyone to enjoy.

Every season, we celebrate the teams that make Joe shine. Through an internal vote across all of Joe, we recognize one standout team for their dedication, creativity, and impact. The winners take home a pigeon-themed trophy, prize money, and of course the bragging rights that come with being Team of the Season. It’s our way of giving a little glory back to the people who bring Joe to life every day.
