We’ve worked with our friends at BKON for years—first to help us scale our fan-favorite Great Heights cold brew, and more recently to bring something totally new to life: Ready to use Espresso.

BKON has spent over a decade pushing the boundaries of cold coffee extraction, and their Coldstretto® process is unlike anything else we’ve seen. It captures the vibrant acidity, full body, and bold flavor you’d expect from a pulled shot of espresso—without ever needing a machine.

Typical cold brew methods tend to smooth out acidity, which can be great for some coffees—but not if you love the brightness and balance that make espresso so dynamic. Coldstretto® keeps that complexity intact, highlighting the signature profile of our Waverly espresso: layered, expressive, and a little indulgent.
