We offer a variety of customized classes, from private one-on-one lessons to group coffee events. To Book: please email classes@joecoffeecompany.com to schedule a lesson. We kindly request two weeks' advance notice. Private Lessons in Our Training Lab: Schedule a private lesson to learn or improve the skill of your choice. Choose a topic from Public Classes page or speak to a member of our education team to customize your own lesson. Private At-Home Lessons: Schedule an at-home lesson to improve your home brewing skills using your own equipment. Seed to Cup Lecture: Our Seed to Cup lecture is an overview of coffee's transformation from seedling to brew with a brewing demonstration and comparative tastings.  

Coffee Social: Host a casual, educational coffee break with our educators. Compare the flavor profiles of single origin coffees as well as the effects of two different brew methods through continual demonstrations, informal discussion, and comparative tastings.
