Winter Beverages: Greatest Hits

We’re opening the vault on some of Joe Coffee’s favorite, best-selling winter recipes of years past! Here at Joe, each of our seasonal beverages are chosen through an internal barista recipe competition; the winning recipe is selected by a panel of expert judges based on flavor profile, balance, complexity, seasonality, and more. We’ll take you on an exclusive look behind the scenes into the actual recipe and construction of some of our all-time cold-weather favorites covering everything from ingredient sourcing, to syrup recipes, and drink construction. We’ll also go over easy alternatives for making espresso-based drinks at home. Each student will construct their own beverages and will be able to drink each creation. Attendees will also receive take-home recipe cards to recreate these original Joe recipes at home! All ingredients and materials are included.
